The website
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, loads no third-party scripts or fonts, and has no forms. It is static files served by GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc.), whose servers keep standard request logs (IP address, user agent, pages requested) under GitHub's privacy statement. Hornbeckco does not receive or review those logs.
If you email hello@hornbeckco.com, the correspondence is retained as a business record on Google Workspace. Do not email client names, Social Security numbers, account numbers, credentials, or client documents; engagement materials move only through an encrypted intake link provided per engagement.
Engagement data
Client-related data inside an engagement is governed by the data-handling memo: advisor-anonymized intake only, encrypted transfer, a single encrypted workstation, deletion 30 days after delivery, and AI drafting assistance only on anonymized content. The specific technology processors and the applicable no-training commercial terms are identified and disclosed per engagement.
Limits
Deletion applies to working files under Hornbeckco's control; email correspondence and invoices are kept as business records. No security is absolute, and this notice will be updated if the site ever adds forms, analytics, or other collection.
